Assist the Owners in their daily duties. Create and manage the project budget. Monitor ongoing jobs closely and update the owners on progress.Coordinate with the permitting specialist on when to request inspections. Review subcontractor invoicing weekly for accuracy.Track change orders from generation to final approval.Coordinate with the field staff to ensure projects stay on track.
