We are seeking a Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for capturing, creating, and posting content that highlights our projects, employees, and company culture.
This is a hands-on, content-driven role with a strong focus on video and field-based storytelling, including drone footage.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
- Capture photo and video content on job sites and in the office
- Create short-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Drone Content
- Operate drones to capture aerial footage of projects and job sites
- Follow FAA guidelines and company safety standards
Posting & Platform Management
- Schedule and publish content across company social media channels
- Maintain consistent posting cadence
Engagement & Monitoring
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
- Respond or escalate as appropriate
Content Support
- Assist with employee spotlights, recruiting campaigns, and project highlights
- Work with leadership and HR to capture relevant content
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- FAA Part 107 License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working in field environments (construction sites)
- Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through
