Be a Comfort. Be a Companion. Be a Difference

Some of the most powerful care doesn’t involve medicine — it involves presence, kindness, and heart. We are looking for Caregiver who genuinely enjoy helping others feel supported, respected, and never alone.

In this role, you’ll provide non-medical care such as homemaking, companionship, and respite services to individuals with disabilities, special needs, and older adults—helping them remain safe and comfortable in their homes while giving families peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide warm companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Offer respite care to give families and caregivers a break
  • Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning living spaces)
  • Help with meal preparation and light cooking
  • Support daily routines and meaningful activities
  • Run errands or assist with shopping as assigned
  • Observe and report any changes or concerns
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
  • Treat every client with dignity, patience, and kindness

This is a non-medical role — no hands-on nursing or clinical care required.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a homemaker, companion, caregiver, or respite worker preferred
  • Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, or special needs is a plus
  • A caring heart, dependable nature, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to respect client preferences, privacy, and independence
  • Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required to drive for program related business
