Student Opportunity – FC Naples Front Office Intern
FC Naples, a professional soccer club competing in USL League One, is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and driven students to come on as a Front Office Intern. This hands-on internship provides the opportunity to gain real-world experience across multiple areas of professional sports, including operations, corporate partnerships, community engagement, marketing initiatives, and game day execution.
As a Front Office Intern, you’ll work alongside club leadership and staff while contributing to meaningful projects that help grow the club both on and off the field. Every day is different—from assisting with community events and sponsor activations to supporting game day operations and helping create memorable experiences for fans and partners.
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible, part-time role — we will work with your class and personal schedule
- Primary responsibilities include home matches, community events, and select office hours
- This is an unpaid internship (academic credit may be available)
- Gas reimbursement provided for approved travel related to team activities
Ideal Candidate

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with game day operations, including pregame setup, event execution, fan experience initiatives, and postgame breakdown
- Support community events through event setup, fan engagement activities, youth programs, and grassroots marketing efforts
- Help execute sponsor activations and fulfill corporate partnership assets during games and community appearances
- Assist with relationship-building efforts involving local businesses, community organizations, and corporate partners
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for fan growth, sponsorship development, and community outreach
- Assist in planning and executing club promotions, special events, and community initiatives
- Help coordinate vendors, volunteers, and activation partners at club events
- Provide administrative and operational support to various front office departments as needed
