Job Description
Job Duties:
- Coordinating parking for basketball games.
- Ball chasing for soccer and volleyball games.
- Sweat mopping for home basketball games.
- Set up and breakdown of all home sporting events.
- Set up and Breakdown of special events.
- Grounds crew for baseball and softball fields.
- Helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for student Athletes.
- other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Enrolled as a degree seeking student at Florida Gulf Coast University at the time of hire and throughout the appointment. Must have a minimum GPA 2.5 and be in good conduct standing with the University.
- Eligible for work study funding.
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for up to three hours at a time and work in all weather conditions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects within deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
