THE ROLE
We’re Southwest Florida’s fastest growing water tech startup and we need someone who loves talking to people to help us introduce our product to the community. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing brand ambassadors to represent Kala Water at our store locations.
Engage with customers and introduce them to Kala Water! This is a high-energy, people-first role where your personality is your most important tool.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Introduce customers to Kala Water
- Greet shoppers and hand them a free water samples
- Walk customers through the machine on their first fill to make the experience easy and memorable
- Hand out free advertising and explain the value of clean reverse osmosis water vs. bottled water
- Track handouts and report daily totals to the Kala Water team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Outgoing, warm, and completely comfortable engaging strangers in a retail environment
- High school or college students with marketing majors strongly encouraged to apply
- Prior customer-facing, sales, or promotional experience a plus, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- $17/hr paid weekly
- Typically 7 to 8 hours per day, 2-3 days per week
- Real-world startup marketing experience with direct, measurable results

ABOUT KALA WATER
Kala Water is a fast-growing Southwest Florida startup bringing clean, affordable reverse osmosis purified water to local families through smart refill machines located at the entrance of local grocery stores. We are on a mission to give communities access to premium purified water at a fraction of the cost of bottled water and we are expanding rapidly across Florida and into new markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a real startup and gain hands-on marketing and sales experience that matters.
