You will be part of an elite event management team in the Life Science Industry. You will play an integral role on our team by planning and preparing for our nationwide events, and traveling to and managing our events on-site. You will handle the logistics of the events, before, during, and after.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, problem-solving efforts, and the ability to work well independently while on a team and with others.
Our company organizes over 100+ annual events nationwide, and we are excited for our full calendar of in-person events in 2026. How will you get there?
- This is an excellent position for a recent grad starting their first career; a degree is preferred, but not required
- Prior restaurant serving experience is required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, as well as analytical, project management, and planning skills, are necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to learn and work in a complex matrix environment.
- Determined to roll up your sleeves and add value to the team in any way possible.
- Must be very well organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, and collaborating with leadership.
Travel: All travel expenses are paid, including Per Diem for food during travel. You may be required to travel by air, car, bus, train and taxi, Lyft, and Uber. There will be overnight travel required. Your itinerary will be provided to you at least 7 days in advance of your departure. During a typical week, you will leave Monday morning, return Thursday evening, and work in our office on Friday or any day you are not traveling with our team to the events.
