As an intern at our company, you will be part of an elite event management team in the Life Science Industry, where we enable our customers to bring novel and cutting-edge technology to some of the best research institutions in the country to make the world a better place.
About Us: Life Science Exhibits holds trade shows for the Life Science Industry and has been in business since 2004. We hold approximately 100 events nationwide every year at medical schools across the country. Since COVID, we had to switch gears and think outside of the box to continue to do what we do, which is connecting exhibiting companies with the researchers on medical school campuses.
We started a new division in April 2020, known as our virtual events division. Since August 2021, we have been back in person, and in 2026, we have a full calendar of events across the country. Our interns are integral to our organization and are valuable members of our team, assisting with pre-event, event, and post-event responsibilities.
Internship Responsibilities: During this internship, you will receive practical work experience and skill development while learning various career specialties, functions, operations, and activities in a professional business environment.
Advertising and Marketing: You will create and manage marketing campaigns for our events and connect with attendees from medical institutions and organizations to advertise the event.
Social Media: You will design social media posts for our upcoming events.
Event Follow-up: Before and after the shows you will be working on analyzing and organizing data and statistics from the show using Excel and Adobe PDF.
Additional Projects: Various projects to help prepare for our upcoming events.
