We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who brings warmth, patience, and problem solving energy to the world of cognitive robotics. You will be the human behind the robots—the voice, the guide, and often the emotional support for customers as they navigate life with CoCo and RIA.

This position is based in Fort Myers, Florida, where we are launching our first large scale deployment. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams, helping users, families, and caregivers integrate transformative technology into their daily lives.

What You Will Be Doing

Technical Support (40 percent)
Troubleshoot CoCo and RIA hardware and software issues
Guide customers through setup, calibration, and connectivity steps
Diagnose issues via phone, video chat, email, or remote access tools
Collaborate with the engineering team to report and resolve technical bugs
Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions

Relationship Support (40 percent)
Help customers and families make the most of CoCo and RIA’s cognitive features
Train users on memory games, medication reminders, and exercise routines
Offer compassionate support when users struggle with technology adoption
Handle sensitive situations such as cognitive decline or family concerns
Build lasting relationships through consistent, high quality interactions

Proactive Engagement (20 percent)
Conduct regular wellness check ins with users, especially seniors living alone
Identify opportunities for upgrades or premium feature activations
Gather feedback to inform future product improvements
Create support materials such as FAQs, video tutorials, and troubleshooting guides
Monitor online channels for user questions or support needs
