Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Roelens Vacations to ensure an exceptional experience for both property owners and guests. This role provides leadership across all operational departments, drives accountability, improves processes, and ensures that the company delivers on its promise of being focused, responsive, and simple.
The Operations Manager is expected to lead by example, foster a positive and high-performing culture, and continuously improve operational efficiency while supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Primary Responsibilities Operations Leadership
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Roelens Vacations.
- Ensure all departments are working together efficiently.
- Remove operational bottlenecks and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain company standards and operating procedures.
- Lead daily and weekly operational meetings.
- Monitor company-wide KPIs and scorecards.
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and processes.
