We’re looking for motivated college students to help us build vessels in our system. You’ll receive in-person training at our Bonita Springs office to learn our process and tools. After training, you’ll work remotely on your own schedule, building out vessel profiles for new and existing clients.
Each “vessel build” involves reviewing client-provided equipment lists, researching manufacturer manuals, and setting up maintenance schedules in our system. This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience with real-world software systems, research, and technical documentation—skills that apply across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend training sessions to learn the system and workflow
- Review client-provided equipment lists for each vessel
- Research manufacturer manuals and technical data as needed
- Upload manuals and configure maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations
- Submit completed vessels within agreed timelines
Ideal Candidate:
- Local college students seeking flexible, project-based work
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable using software tools and conducting online research
- Self-motivated and able to meet agreed deadlines
- Interest in marine systems or mechanical/equipment data a plus (but not required)
