Senior Tax and Accounting Position

Job Description

The Senior Tax and Accounting Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in either Naples, FL or Canonsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, compiling and analyzing financial statements, and posting and reconciling journal entries. Day-to-day work includes managing client accounting records, using accounting software to process transactions, supporting payroll and bookkeeping functions, and assisting with tax planning and compliance. The Senior Associate will communicate directly with clients to address questions, explain financial results, and provide guidance, while collaborating with team members to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.
