Entry-Level Recruiter (Telecom & Technical Staffing)
Location: Harbour Island, Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office)
OTE: First year – $80,000 l Second year – $100,000
We’re a fast-growing staffing firm hiring 2-4 entry-level recruiters to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students and recent grads looking to start a career in recruiting, sales, or business development.
In this role, you’ll help connect candidates with opportunities across telecom & fiber, low voltage & cabling, IT & systems, and safety & quality roles. You’ll gain hands-on experience sourcing candidates, managing relationships, and learning how the hiring process works from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and connect with candidates through job boards and outreach
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and follow up regularly
- Work closely with the team to fill open roles
